Community Advocates for Persons with Developmental Disabilities
Speak with us! As an organization, we are working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and their families to speak up – to voice their wants and needs whether for work, school, housing, or in any other area of life. We speak with our clients, area support agencies, and governmental organizations to ensure seamless access to services and that each individual is able to live a life that is fully included in the community. Finally, the staff and volunteers of The Arc Community Advocates speaks out at the local, state and national level to push for change in legislation, provide training, and change systems to remove the barriers currently facing the people we serve.
