Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry

The Detroit Metropolitan area has been hard hit by the recession. Downriver families have been particularly affected. Families are struggling to meet basic household expenses, including groceries. Parents are unable to put food on the table for themselves and their children. Good nutrition is sacrificed. Fish and Loaves appreciate your help in addressing this need. Fish and Loaves is able to stock its shelves at a deeply discounted price. Monthly food expenditures can run $20,000 per month. Financial grants are crucial for Fish & Loaves to maintain its services to Downriver residents in need. In the month of August, 1,270 clients were served 158,496 pounds of food. Your help is greatly appreciated and enables us to continue to help our community.
