“The Art Van Million Dollar Charity Challenge grant funds came to us at a time when many of our established donors were forced to cut back on their financial support of the Friendship Circle, leaving us to face the unfortunate possibility of cutting back on our programs. The generosity of the VanElslander Family Foundation provided
us with the means to be able to continue our programs and also gave us tremendous momentum to help make our Walk4Friendship 2009 the most successful walk thus far.”
