I’m an NHL survivor. Thank you Art Van for this opportunity.

  • Jisselle

I voted! My dad just finished treatment for Double Ht NHL. It’s been a tough road, but he’ll get through it. Our family and friends recently participated in the Houston, TX Light the Night Walk. Our team raised over $5,500!! We need more funding for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Blood Cancers affect so many people, yet research, awareness and education is alarmingly underfunded.

My son is a stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor. Diagnosed at age 9. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of how the outcome might have been different if the research that LLS funds hadn’t occurred.
Thank you LLS and Art Van!

Another vote from a stage IV Hodkin’s lymphoma society. I was diagnosed when my son was 10 months old. Thankfully, I am feeling better than ever, more than three years later! Thanks to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and its funding of important research, there are many, many other survivors like me alive today! I’m proud to help LLS continue its work to find a cure!

  • BarbGoldman

Last May I was diagnosed with stage IV lymphoma. After chemo, my cancer is gone. Just make sure you take his temperature regularly to make sure he isn’t febrile neutropenic and needs blood and antibiotics. If he feels like crap after the chemo normally makes you feel tired, watch him and if he starts to develop a fever, get him to the hospital.

Lymphoma is a curable cancer!!! Good luck!!!!!

This is an outstanding organization. From the staff and volunteers that put in countless hours to help further the mission, to the patients and families that are positively affected. I was honored to be a part of this staff (years ago) and truly believe in (and can attest to) the amazing work being done each day within the Michigan Chapter.
