Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency’s mission is helping people by linking services, resources, and opportunities throughout ten-counties of Northwest Michigan with offices in Traverse City, Petoskey and Cadillac. The Art Van Grant will assist families and individuals with their utility needs, including heat assistance.
