Rose Hill Center, Inc.

Located in northern Oakland County, Rose Hill Center is a residential treatment and rehabilitation facility for up to 74 adults with serious mental illness. Rose Hill’s highly effective therapeutic program provides patients with the insights, life skills, attitudes, and medications needed to manage their illness in the same manner that other medical problems are managed. The core of Rose Hill’s services is the Residential Rehabilitation Program. In a step-by-step process, 70 full- and part-time staff (including psychiatric nurses, social workers, employment training specialists, dietitian, teacher and support staff) direct a comprehensive treatment program, including clinical care, therapeutic work, job readiness classes, social interaction, exercise and recreation. Concurrently, a Rose Hill psychiatrist works with each patient to develop an effective medication regimen that establishes the stability required to participate in the rehabilitation process. Other levels of programming include Transitional Living, Extended Residential and Community Support. Since opening in 1992, over 1,000 individuals and hundreds more of their family members, have benefitted from their association with Rose Hill because our program helps people achieve their highest level of independence. Rose Hill provides peace in mind for patients and peace of mind for families. Please visit our website for more information>
